With our unique recycling techniques, we make the plastic production chain 100% circular, produce 'near virgin' quality plastic and produce largely biogenic fuels from a mixed stream of biomass and plastics. OBBOTEC is located at Plant One in Rotterdam's Botlek area. Plant One is the knowledge and innovation centre for developing, testing and validating sustainable petrochemical process technology on a semi-industrial scale. There are several companies located at Plant One, from small start-ups to large companies, all carrying out sustainable projects. Projects to reduce CO2 footprint or convert residual materials into valuable products. OBBOTEC has two labs and two pilot rooms at Plant One. We work here every day with high ambition to put our projects on the market commercially starting from 2023.
